World Space Week 2023 takes place from October 4th – October 7th.
If you are a teacher passionate about breathing as much life as possible into your STEM lessons, World Space Week is a great holiday to get on board. Spaceships, Astronauts, Alien Planets – what’s not to like?

From September to December, they are inviting schools to talk to a range of space professionals to gain a deeper understanding of space science. Sponsored by Liverpool John Moores University, the NSA is an initiative that allows teachers and students to request and download images from the Liverpool Telescope. It has been designed to simplify the process of scheduling observations on a robotic telescope so that users can request observations with just a few clicks of the mouse.
In short, this tool will allow you and your students an exciting session of exploring space through a real-life telescope!
