Providing free resources for schools is a key aspect of InnovateHer and what we do. InnovateHer provides you with useful resources to educate and empower the next generation to pursue a career in tech.
These resources are built to inspire more girls and non-binary teens into Tech, as the sector is currently 26% women. More young women and non-binary teens must be exposed to tech so they can view it as a potential career path, which is how these free resources for schools can bring exposure.
That’s where you, a teacher, come in. You can empower and shape the next generation and be key in building a more equal society. You can do all this by working with InnovateHer. The following free resources in this blog are a great jumping-off point for this journey…
These worksheets introduce your students to different elements of tech from careers, to role models and thinking about how they would use tech.
The worksheets are useful free resources for schools as they act as a brief activity to introduce various aspects of the tech sector. Allowing students to get interested in the subject, whilst also ensuring they suit your school as they reach Gatsby benchmark 2.

Another free resource for your school is access to our teacher webinars. The webinar covers how your school and you can start with InnovateHer. You will meet members of the InnovateHer team and hear about what we do and how you can get involved. We will share feedback from current schools and students that we work with, as well as give you the chance to ask any questions to find out more.
The webinars last for 40 minutes and we have 4 webinars this year, and you can sign up for any of them:
