  • proactively identifying, recommending, and optimising delivery processes, practices and tooling
  • propose technical design solutions for the medium to-long term adoption of salesforce and other CRM technology across Co-op
  • provide coaching and guidance to our salesforce junior developers, supporting their learning and development

To apply for this senior salesforce developer role, you’ll need significant experience using Apex Classes and Triggers and adapting Webforms using visual force. You’ll also need:

  • proven experience using Salesforce & Service cloud, Salesforce Flows and automation tools
  • a solid understanding of integration and migration concepts across CRM systems, with the ability to set up and modify Salesforce APIs

  • strong collaboration skills; able to work successfully across a wide range of multi-disciplinary teams
  • a proven ability to deliver technology capability across complex businesses

Here you’ll do work that matters. We can offer you a competitive salary and great benefits package which includes 30% off Co-op branded products in our food stores (as well as other discounts on Co-op products and services), the Wagestream app – giving you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it, and the YuLife app – rewarding you for exercising with discounts and vouchers for your favourite brands. You’ll also get:

  • private healthcare
  • an annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
  • 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
  • a pension with up to 10% employer contributions
  • access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
  • coaching and training to support your career development
