The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a talented and driven mid-level UX/UI designer to join our expanding UX Design and Research team.

What you’ll do

Explore and deliver innovative and intuitive UX and UI solutions within cross functional digital product delivery teams

Communicate design ideas through sketches, flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes and UI designs

Work with a variety of clients, products and brands that span industries and sectors

Perform UX/UI design research

Contribute to user research and usability tests

Provide mentorship to junior team members of the design team

Support business development in creating design concepts and prototypes for pitches that excite potential clients

Contribute to internal and external client meetings, workshops and sprint ceremonies

What we’re looking for

A Minimum of 3 years experience working in UX/UI design

Professional working knowledge of UX and UI design principles and best practice

A portfolio that demonstrates your great UX/UI work including your process

Experience working across web and mobile

Proficiency in using Figma or similar UI design tools

Familiar with Apple’s HIG and Googles’ Material Design Guidelines and an understanding of how they’re best applied

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

An active and sharing member of a collaborative and communicative design and research team

Comfortable working within a cross-functional team

Proactive in soliciting and acting upon feedback

An understanding or experience of working with user research and usability testing

Trustworthy, reliable and able to produce work that is consistently fit for purpose

The ability to adapt to emerging and changing product requirements

Proactive in staying up to date on the latest UX practices and UI design trends
