We’re looking for a Lead User Experience Designer to join us in Manchester to help shape our range of digital products and services. In this role, you’ll sit within our Shared Digital Services area, focusing mainly on our Membership proposition. As a Lead User Experience Designer at Co-op, we’ll look to you to lead a multi-disciplinary team of designers, researchers, engineers, product specialists, and analysts. This area provides the shared services that help our digital teams, products, and services deliver on their objectives, so you’ll be responsible for designing solutions that span the wider business. • Make sure our products and services are designed to meet our customer’s needs, as well as being accessible to everyone and balanced with business requirements
  • Collaborate with teams across the wider business to identify themes, similarities, and opportunities for improvement
  • Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics in collaboration with designers, analysts, and product managers
  • Mentor and line manage  designers and support their professional development
