How does it work?
Our philosophy is to inspire the next generation, giving students access to big brands, female and non-binary industry role models, new skills and career inspiration.

We also offer connections with our Ambassadors and Partner Role Models. This is great for anyone wanting to:

Thinking of starting an after-school club?
Our courses come in all shapes and sizes to suit your needs – from longer courses, which can take 3-6 sessions (and are around an hour each lesson) or 5-minute skill builders you can use to enhance your learning… take your after-school STEM club in any direction you choose!
Each learner will have their own account on InnovateHer online, giving a personal and interactive experience. It’s great fun for solo learners and as a whole group.

About us and what we do.
InnovateHer is on a mission to get girls ready for the tech industry and the tech industry ready for girls. We inspire students towards a future career in tech by igniting their interest, empowering their abilities, and exhibiting a route in tech for them.
We run tech-focused activities with schools for free, targeting students aged 7-17.
Most of our activities are run online, meaning any school can access the InnovateHer content regardless of location.
Our courses have been designed to reach Gatsby Benchmarks (4,5 & 6) and are linked with the curriculum to allow you to plug and play in a classroom or after school club.

FAQS
None – students can learn independently once they register on the platform. There are options for discussions and students can learn together in a group setting, but no prep is necessary on your side.
