About you:
You will act as a trusted advisor for our key school and MAT customers. You will help them to engage with our software and ensure they gain maximum value by providing advice and guidance at all stages of the customer journey. You’ll understand customer requirements, help to implement and onboard new customers, deliver product training, drive product adoption and retention, and ensure ongoing satisfaction. Working with SLT and Trust Executive teams, as well as users at all levels, you will drive them to success. You will be able to resolve issues, handle complaints and intervene where necessary to turn any experience into a positive one for our customers. You will possess the ability to drive and implement change, influence internal stakeholders to strive for continued improvement in the way things are done, and a proven track record working on similar projects. You will be a brand enthusiast for Angel Solutions and bring your thinking, strategies and ideas to the team. You will build strong relationships with our customers and build customer advocacy that will help us to generate new business leads.
Are you:
-Experienced in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role?
-Able to build trusted relationships with clients- especially at Senior leadership levels?
-Keen to make a real difference to educational outcomes in the UK and beyond?
-Knowledgeable about the UK education sector?
-Empathetic, with a positive attitude and a desire to help our customers reach their goals?
-Results-driven, with an ability to intervene and take appropriate action to secure renewals?
-Commercially aware with a strategic mind-set working to reduce churn and drive engagement?
-Someone who enjoys travelling and meeting clients face-to-face?
-Resilient to keep going when faced with challenges?
-Gifted with the aptitude to generate new business leads?
-Confident, with an excellent phone manner and strong presentation skills?
-Highly organised and able to prioritise a dynamic workload?
-Someone who enjoys working collaboratively with a team?
Job Requirements
Essential:
-3+ years’ experience working as a Senior Account Manager OR A background working in the education sector
-A valid UK driving license
Desirable:
-Experience of working in the education sector as an Account Manager.
-Experience working with SaaS (Software as a Service)
