Salary: £36,000

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the Point of contact for all IT issues and escalations for one or more applications
• Understanding the business’s usage of specific applications and work with the Business Capability Lead to identify suitable changes that derive business benefit and reduce cost
• Working with the Operations Lead to ensure a robust and resilient service for the application
• Working with third parties to ensure issues are resolved and all problems escalated and assigned
• Working with Training team to highlight changes to training material and courses following change, upgrades and patches
• Ensuring licencing for application is in place and fed into the annual renewals

Your skills and experiences:

• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• ITIL Foundation certification would be advantageous

The IT Services team:

This role will have an impact on approximately 3000 users across multiple areas of the business utilising the ERP and integrated applications.
