IM&T Application Analyst
Location: Portsmouth. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £36,000
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the Point of contact for all IT issues and escalations for one or more applications
- Understanding the business’s usage of specific applications and work with the Business Capability Lead to identify suitable changes that derive business benefit and reduce cost
- Working with the Operations Lead to ensure a robust and resilient service for the application
- Working with third parties to ensure issues are resolved and all problems escalated and assigned
- Working with Training team to highlight changes to training material and courses following change, upgrades and patches
- Ensuring licencing for application is in place and fed into the annual renewals
Your skills and experiences:
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- ITIL Foundation certification would be advantageous

The IT Services team:
This role will have an impact on approximately 3000 users across multiple areas of the business utilising the ERP and integrated applications.
