User Researcher

You will:
Plan and execute user research projects for mobile products
Provide robust actionable insights to inform and validate design decisions
Champion user research across the organisation; educating, influencing, and guiding our clients and partners
Collaborate closely with UX & UI designers and the product team
Work across our spectrum of clients, supporting and managing priorities
What you need:
At least 2 years experience as a User Researcher
A degree in psychology, sociology, cognitive science, human factors, computer science, product/interaction design, human computer interaction or related disciplines, or equivalent professional experience
Experience with designing and implementing user research projects with autonomy
Knowledge and practical experience in applying a variety of research methods (qualitative/quantitative and primary/secondary) across all phases of the digital product life-cycle, and an awareness of their merits and limitations
Nice to haves:
Working knowledge of UX, UI and interaction design, particularly for mobile apps
Experience researching and understanding user behaviour in the app landscape
Experience working in a digital agency setting

A track record of delivering relevant and effective insight under varying project constraints
The ability to spot trends and connections across data sources and consumer insights
Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative
