Overview:
As the Apadmi Compliance and Process Manager you’ll be a key member of the governance team focussing on process adherence and improvement across the business and in the delivery of software projects across the Apadmi customer portfolio.
The role involves driving efficiency and effectiveness within our teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, innovative products that yield timely high quality solutions to our clients.
What you’ll do:
You will support the Apadmi leadership in defining and operating key operational processes whilst achieving and maintaining management system certifications as well as auditing the Apadmi ways of working to deliver successful results for our clients.
Every Apadmi project is unique and you’ll be identifying where you can provide support to our projects and the teams responsible for delivering them, as well as process improvements to set them up for long term success and company growth.
You will be proposing and implementing improvements to existing processes and management systems to maintain and enhance the Apadmi ways of working to meet ever demanding regulatory and client requirements.
You will work across the various Apadmi functions to capture, document and disseminate the key processes for the ISO certifications in the UK and also roll these certifications and processes to current offices and potential future acquisitions within the Apadmi group.
Of course you will be well versed in traditional management systems such as ISO standards for information security and quality management but also be comfortable with more contemporary agile practices whilst maintaining quality of delivery. We also need a quality champion who will help inform and grow our own capability and also help educate our clients in our practices as a way to grow our client base.
Key elements of the role include:
Ensure the business maintains our existing ISO certification set.
Supporting the sales process, both early client engagement and ongoing project delivery, by providing input to tenders and due diligence of Apadmi process and systems.
Regular internal auditing of existing management and delivery processes.
Shaping our delivery practices through reviews, knowledge-sharing and the introduction of new techniques.
Supporting our Learning and Development team in curating and delivering content to the Apadmi community.
Helping the wider Apadmi team achieve customer satisfaction and maximise value creation.
Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team and the company’s progress
Working with stakeholders to shorten lines of communication and help remove impediments to the team
Onboarding colleagues, suppliers and partners to Apadmi process and management systems.
You’ll be great for this if:
You will have previous experience of creating, maintaining and auditing ISO management systems within a creative product company, preferably in a digital consultancy or software development environment working on large scale applications development and systems integration. You will be excited by a new challenge for a fast-growing digital specialist.
We’re looking for someone who fits the following:
Strong experience of quality management within a digital product industry.
Have direct experience of auditing management systems.
Well versed in SDLC and software delivery methodologies from more traditional through to modern agile frameworks.
Have a desire for continuing professional development and learning to keep abreast of changing legislations and practices in line with job role.
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to build relationships to executive management level.
You take great satisfaction from seeing the teams you work with doing well and improving, knowing you were a part of making that happen
An effective influencer who is able to listen and build consensus with senior internal and external partners/stakeholders
Self-driven, results orientated and a positive outlook
What we’re offering:
As well as all the standard stuff you’ll get at Apadmi (think holidays, pension, the usual benefits), we are a friendly, collaborative community which offers a range of events, activities, opportunities and rewards for our people. Additionally, we offer excellent career development and training through our very own Apadmi Academy.
This role will be based at our Apadmi HQ in Salford Quays although occasional travel to clients and our overseas offices will be required.
