At our monthly meetups, InnovateHer & Agent Academy CIC, will bring you exciting new content, enhanced networking opportunities and of course inspirational speakers to motivate, educate and inspire.

Speaker Bios 

Ciara Keeling, CEO Bruntwood Works

Ciara Keeling is CEO of Bruntwood Works, who create, own and manage inspiring environments that help businesses thrive, delivering everything from individual coworking desks and meeting rooms to fully managed offices.

Ciara joined Bruntwood in 2005 as an Asset Manager. She provided strategic services while adding value to Bruntwood’s Manchester city centre portfolio circa £400 million. She worked on all property related transactions (rent reviews, lease transactions, acquisition and disposal work) while also helping with the company’s 5 year business plan.

In 2007 Ciara qualified as a chartered surveyor and started a new team for Bruntwood where she became Head of Customer Retention across Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, Leeds and Birmingham. In 2013 Ciara became Head of Asset Management for Manchester, leading on a portfolio with a value of £450m which involved acquisition and disposal work including the prestigious sale of City Tower for £132m and acquisition of a number of key city centre assets including Bruntwood’s new HQ, Union.

Ciara was appointed as the Director of Asset Management in 2017, working across the Bruntwood Group. She worked on upskilling the asset management team and supported them in their development while also driving value across the investment portfolio and oversaw strategic plans for all regions. Ciara and the city centre team led on the transformational redevelopment of the Neo which relooked at new ways to rethink the future of the office both in terms of the design from a customer and commercial perspective.

Most recently Ciara was appointed as CEO of Bruntwood Works a portfolio worth 1 billion, her role involves responsibility for driving the business forward by becoming even more customer focused, maintaining relationships with over 2,000 customers which employ over 55,000 people in 61 buildings across our four regions. Ciara also sits on the Bruntwood Group board and works closely with the wider team to ensure delivery of the Bruntwood Works plan but also the wider Bruntwood Group strategic plans.

Tony Richardson, Director @ IGOO

An experienced digital professional who has worked with global brands such as Vodafone, Bentley, and RBS. Previously a business change consultant specialising in technology adoption and workforce engagement for digital agencies throughout the UK. Having worked in the digital sector for the last 12 years Tony has witnessed the evolution of digital systems and has a keen interest in the future of the workplace, particularly the wide-ranging effects technology is having on our health.

Robyn Dooley, Director @ OH This Way

Robyn creates memorable learning experiences that transform careers and better prepare individuals and businesses for the future of work. Robyn works with businesses and city districts to co-design and facilitate alternative education programmes that enable talent engagement and attraction, culture transformation, and junior-level leadership. She cares about people, lifelong learning and unlocking opportunities. Openly admits she has no idea what she’s doing most of the time, and she likes to take risks.

Paul Corcoran, CEO & Founder of Agent Marketing

Paul Corcoran is CEO and founder of Agent, which is based in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle – one of the UK’s fastest growing creative and digital communities.

Agent is a diverse team of creative thinkers and change makers, a collective of strategists, designers, coders, researchers, campaigners, publicists, teachers, students and canines; a team that loves creating work that makes a lasting impact.

2018 has been Agent’s biggest year to date delivering multi-disciplinary projects for clients across the UK – 2019 promises to be even bigger with expansion plans currently in progress.

In 2014, Paul founded the pioneering Agent Academy CIC which helps young people across the city region start careers within the creative and digital industries. To date, 95% of its graduates are now in full time permanent employment, generating well over £2.8 million worth of annual salaries since its inception.

Passionate about building a great place to work, Paul spearheaded the six-hour working day at Agent, showcasing how working differently can improve efficiency, enhance culture and inspire the client work being created.

As a result of Agent’s innovative approaches to workplace health and wellbeing and its unrivalled commitment to corporate responsibility, Paul won The Guardian’s ‘Sustainable Business Leader of the Year’ award in 2016.

In 2017, Paul was named as one of BIMA’s Top 100 digital and creative leaders in the UK. Paul also recently won NatWest’s Creative Industries Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Paul is deputy-chair for Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership & the co-chair of the LEP’s Creative and Digital board, and Vice Chair of Liverpool’s Everyman and Playhouse.
